My First Apple Pie

A friend of mine has an apple tree and generously gave us some this year. So what better to make than apple pie?

I don't bake. And most times when I try it is never successful. Baking is too precise and too mathmatically involved. I followed Our Best Bites recipe for the apple pie filling, and bought pre-made crust.

It was amazing! Apple pie is my favorite pie and we never have it. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I think I did. ha ha.
